Who we are

This website is run by MindTune Innovations, a connected-product engineering company in Pakistan ("MindTune", "we", "us"). We decide how the personal information described in this policy is used.

What this policy covers

This policy covers the website at www.mindtuneinnovations.tech and the emails you send us from it or to the addresses it shows. It does not cover other websites, including any site you reach from a link in an email.

The information we receive

When you visit the website

Like every website, this one is delivered by a hosting provider. To send you each page and to keep the service secure, the hosting provider's servers process technical information about each request: your IP address, the address of the page requested, the time of the request, and the browser and device information your browser sends. We do not use this information to identify you, and we do not combine it with other information.

Information kept on your device

The website keeps two kinds of information in your own browser. Neither is sent to us, and neither is a cookie.

• Your theme choice. If you switch between the dark and light themes, your browser remembers your choice in its local storage, so the next page opens in the same theme. You can remove it by clearing the website's data in your browser.
• Navigation details. While you browse, your browser keeps the scroll position of pages you have visited and the version of the website it has loaded, so that the back button returns you to the same place. This is kept in the browser's session storage and is deleted when you close the tab.

When you write to us

The contact page helps you prepare an email: the details you enter are put into a message that opens in your own email app, or that you can copy and paste into one, and nothing is sent until you send it yourself. The website itself does not send or store what you type.

When you email us, from the contact page or directly, we receive your email address, your name if you give it, and whatever you include in your message and its attachments, such as your company, your phone number and a description of what you are building.

When you ask about careers

If you write to us about careers and send a CV or other details about yourself, we receive what you choose to send. Please do not send identity documents, financial details or other sensitive information.

How we use your information

We use the information you send us only to:

• read and reply to your message, and continue the conversation you started;
• consider your inquiry about working with us, or your interest in a role;
• keep a record of our correspondence while we may need it, as described under "How long we keep it".

The hosting provider processes the technical information described above to deliver the website and keep it secure.

We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or use it to make decisions about you by automated means.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with the service providers that run this website and our email, and only so they can provide that service to us:

• our hosting provider, which delivers the website and processes the technical information described above;
• our email provider, which receives and stores the emails you send us.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others. We do not share it with anyone else.

Where your information is processed

Our hosting and email providers may process information on servers outside Pakistan, including in other countries whose data protection laws differ from yours.

How long we keep it

• General inquiries: for no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you. If we go on to work together, the correspondence about that work is kept for as long as our agreement with you requires.
• Careers inquiries, including CVs: for no longer than 12 months after we receive them, unless you agree that we may keep them longer.
• Technical information processed by the hosting provider: kept by the hosting provider under its own terms, which set how long. We do not keep a copy of it.

Our HR team reviews the emails we hold every month and deletes each one before its period ends.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use cookies. It does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and it does not load fonts, scripts or other content from other companies' servers. If that changes, we will update this policy before the change takes effect.

Your choices and rights

You can browse the whole website without giving us any personal information.

You can ask us at any time to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy;
• correct information that is wrong;
• delete your information;
• stop using your information.

Depending on where you live, the law may give you further rights, including the right to complain to your data protection authority. To make a request, write to info@mindtuneinnovations.tech. We may need to confirm your identity before we act on it, and we will reply as soon as we reasonably can.

How we protect it

The website is served over an encrypted connection. Only our HR team can access the mailbox that receives your emails. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, so please do not send us more personal information than your message needs.

Children

This website is intended for businesses and professionals. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly receive personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

When we change this policy, we publish the new version on this page and change the date at the top. If a change affects how we use information you have already sent us, we will tell you before it takes effect where we can.
