PCB design & hardware prototyping

We design the electronics and printed circuit boards of connected devices, and take them from the first schematic to assembled boards in a working prototype.

01 / PCB design & hardware prototyping

Who it is for.

  1. 01

    Startups

    Building wearable products.

  2. 02

    Engineering teams

Embedded systems and PCB development support.

  3. 03

    Enterprise companies

Custom hardware with mobile and cloud integration.

02 / PCB design & hardware prototyping

What we do.

  1. 01

    Electronics and PCB design

The electronics of a connected device and the printed circuit board that carries them, designed as part of the whole device.

  2. 02

    Schematics and board layout

Every stage from the first schematic, which defines the circuit, to the board layout, which places the parts and routes their connections.

  3. 03

    Hardware prototyping

Rapid prototypes that turn a board design into real hardware.

  4. 04

Integration and assembly of working prototypes

Assembled boards, integrated with the firmware, enclosure and software into one working prototype.

03 / PCB design & hardware prototyping

How the work runs.

  1. 01

    Plan

The board is planned with the rest of the device: the firmware that runs on it, the enclosure around it and the software it talks to.

  2. 02

    Schematic

The circuit is defined as a schematic, connection by connection.

  3. 03

    Layout

The schematic becomes a board layout: the parts placed and their connections routed in copper.

  4. 04

    Prototype

Rapid prototypes turn the layout into assembled boards.

  5. 05

    Integrate

The assembled boards join the firmware, enclosure and software in a working prototype.
